Help with your account or a game

Support can identify your account using your username or User ID. A clear description and the time of the error help us investigate. For a game round, include its round ID; for a sports bet, include the Sports Bet ID. A screenshot of the error message is also useful.

Deposits and withdrawals

For a crypto payment, include the coin, network, amount and transaction ID (TXID). For a Gift Card, your order number and the error message help. We do not need your password, private wallet keys or authenticator codes.
