On Android and iPhone, you can use Gamdom directly in your browser. Sign in with your existing account to access the casino, sports betting, wallet and rewards. There is no app to download.

Is there an official Gamdom app?
Gamdom is available as a website. We do not offer an official Gamdom app for Android or iOS, or an APK to download.
An App Store listing or APK using the Gamdom name is therefore not an official way to access your account. On your phone, open our website directly in your browser.
Android or iPhone — one account
iPhone and iPad
On iPhone or iPad, use Gamdom in Safari or another up-to-date browser. You do not need a new Gamdom account when switching devices.
Gamdom on your home screen
Add a shortcut to open the website straight from an icon on your phone. This does not download a separate Gamdom app.
Android with Chrome

Open Gamdom in Chrome and tap the three-dot menu next to the address bar.

Select «Add to Home screen», then «Create shortcut».

Confirm the name and tap «Add». The icon opens the website in Chrome.
iPhone with Safari

Open Gamdom in Safari and select «Share», either from the Share button or the page menu, depending on your Safari layout.

Select «Add to Home Screen». If you want the website to open in its own window and «Open as Web App» is available, enable that option.

Tap «Add» to confirm. You can then open the website from the new icon.
The wording may differ slightly between browsers and operating system versions. A regular bookmark works too.
What you can do on mobile
Casino and Originals
Play slots, live casino games and our Originals in your browser. Individual game availability depends on the provider and your location.
Sports betting
Use your existing Gamdom account in the sportsbook. Your casino and sports bets share the same balance.
Wallet and Rewards
Manage your wallet and claim unlocked rewards yourself. Deposits, withdrawals and individual promotions are subject to the same account checks and terms.
Your login stays the same
Switching to your phone does not change your login details. Keep using your login username, even if you have changed your public player name. If you signed up through Google, Steam or Telegram, sign in through the linked provider account.
If you have forgotten your password, reset it in the sign-in window using «Forgot password?». If you can no longer access your linked Google, Steam or Telegram account, use that provider’s account recovery process.
Payments and support on your smartphone
Make deposits from your wallet. We will never ask you in a private social media message to send money to a wallet address we provide.
If you have a problem, you can contact us at [email protected] even without signing in. Never include passwords, authenticator codes or recovery codes in your support message.
Gamdom not loading on your phone?
Page or game freezes
An unstable connection or saved browser data can cause problems. Try reloading, updating your browser or clearing your cache and cookies. You will need to sign in again after clearing cookies.
Cannot sign in
Use the same method you registered with: username and password, Google, Steam or Telegram. Accounts created through Google, Steam or Telegram do not have a separate Gamdom password.
New phone and 2FA
If 2FA is enabled, you need the code from your authenticator app. If you no longer have access to your 2FA device, contact [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.

Questions about the Gamdom app and mobile website
Where can I download the Gamdom app?
Gamdom does not have an official mobile app. Use our website in a browser on Android or iPhone. No app download is needed.
Is there an official Gamdom APK?
No. We do not provide an official Android APK. A download bearing the Gamdom name is not an official way to access your account.
Is a Gamdom app in the App Store official?
No. Gamdom is available as a website. An App Store listing using our name is not an official Gamdom app.
Is the home screen icon an app?
It is a shortcut to the website. You can create a browser shortcut or open the site as a web app. It is not a separate App Store download.
What if «Add to Home Screen» is missing?
In Safari, find the option under «Share». If it is not in the list, select «Edit Actions» at the bottom and add «Add to Home Screen». The exact layout depends on your Safari and iOS versions.
Can I use my existing account on my phone?
Yes. Sign in with your existing account using the same method. You do not need separate accounts for your phone, tablet and computer.
Can I use Gamdom offline?
No. You need an internet connection to sign in, play games, place sports bets and access your wallet. Adding a home screen icon does not change that.
Why will a particular game not open?
A game may be unavailable due to provider or country restrictions. If other games or the website also fail to load, try refreshing or using another up-to-date browser. Our support team can help with a specific error message.
How do I redeem a bonus code on my phone?
Enter promotional codes under Redeem in your account. For the one-time affiliate code, use Rewards and Special Rewards. Each offer has its own terms and conditions.
