Ways to add funds
Bank payment methods
Use a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer to top up through a payment provider. Depending on the method, you may be buying cryptocurrency that is sent to your Gamdom Wallet. Availability, fees and processing times depend on the provider and where you live.
Gift Card
Buy a Pulse Gift Card with an available payment method, then redeem its code as credit in your Gamdom account. It is not a bonus code.

Always use the network specified by the current deposit address in your account. A token on another blockchain is not automatically compatible.
Making a crypto deposit
Coin and network
Open Deposit in your Gamdom Wallet and select a coin and network. The current minimum deposit is displayed there. The minimum applies to the amount we receive after transfer fees have been deducted.
Address and transfer
Copy the current deposit address from your account or scan its QR code. Use the same coin and network in your external wallet or exchange. XRP also requires a Destination Tag.
Confirmations and credit
After sending, find the transaction ID (TXID) in your wallet or exchange history. We credit the deposit once the required blockchain confirmations are complete. Timing depends on the network and congestion.
Deposit addresses may change. An address you saved previously is not necessarily the correct one for your next payment.
Gift Cards with PayPal, Visa or Mastercard
Through Pulse, you can buy Gamdom Gift Cards using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, Google Pay or Trustly. Available methods depend on your country and the provider.
Redeem the code to top up your Gamdom balance. Each code can only be used once. A Gift Card is for deposits, not withdrawals.

A pending transaction may still be waiting for blockchain confirmations. Use the TXID to track its status in the relevant blockchain explorer. Credit may take additional time even after you send the funds from your wallet.
Confirmed, but balance missing
Support is available 24/7 through live chat and [email protected]. Include the coin, network, amount, TXID and a screenshot of the transfer so we can locate it.
Wrong network or old address
We cannot retrieve money sent to an incorrect address. If you used an unsupported network or an old Gamdom address, support can look into your individual case. Recovery cannot be guaranteed.
Amounts, fees and currencies
For a crypto deposit, transfer the selected coin. Its equivalent value may fluctuate with market prices. Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and USDC are different currencies. Even if two networks use similar addresses, the coin and network of your transfer must match the deposit instructions.
With Buy Crypto, you purchase coins from a payment provider such as Swapped. A bank transfer may also form part of this crypto purchase. The provider sets the exchange rate and applicable fees, then sends the coins to your Gamdom Wallet. This differs from a direct crypto deposit, where you already own the coins and transfer them yourself.
Bank and Gift Card payments may involve fees or currency conversion. Your payment provider determines which currencies it accepts. The purchase price of a Gift Card and the credit it adds may be shown in different currencies.
Deposits, bonuses and withdrawals
Depositing adds funds to your balance. It does not automatically activate every bonus. Bonuses and promotional codes have their own terms and activation deadlines. A Gift Card is a payment method, not a promo code.
Before withdrawing, you must wager your deposit amount at least once. We may also ask for identity verification. Crypto balances are withdrawn in the same cryptocurrency used for deposits. You cannot withdraw using a Gift Card.
Your account and payment details
Sign in to your existing Gamdom account to deposit. If you have lost access, restore it through Login; you do not need a new account. Our support team will never ask you in a private social media message to pay a supplied wallet address.
Support does not need your password, private wallet keys or authenticator codes. For a missing deposit, send the coin, network, amount, TXID and transfer confirmation.
Deposit and payment method questions
Which payment methods can I use at Gamdom?
You can deposit coins from your wallet or exchange, top up via a payment provider or redeem a Gift Card. Depending on the provider, bank and card options can include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers. Not every method is available in every country.
Can I deposit with PayPal?
PayPal may be available when buying a Gamdom Gift Card through Pulse. You then redeem the card code as credit in your Gamdom account. Paying for a Gift Card through PayPal is not a direct PayPal deposit into your Wallet.
Can I use Visa or Mastercard?
You can use Visa or Mastercard to buy a Gift Card if Pulse accepts your card for that payment. For a card payment through the Gamdom Wallet, select Card under Bank Deposit. Depending on the provider, you may be buying cryptocurrency; the provider sets accepted cards, fees and verification requirements.
Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?
You can use Apple Pay or Google Pay through our payment providers if supported for your country, device and card. Google Pay may also be offered for buying Gift Cards through Pulse. Payments are processed by the relevant provider.
How does Buy Crypto work?
Buy Crypto lets you purchase cryptocurrency through a payment provider such as Swapped. The provider processes the payment and sends the coins to your Gamdom Wallet. Rates, fees, minimum amounts and any identity checks depend on the provider. If you already own crypto, you can deposit it directly instead.
Is TWINT or PostFinance available?
You can use TWINT or PostFinance only if the method is offered when you make your deposit. Available bank payment methods depend on your country of residence and the provider.
Can I deposit in Swiss francs?
Whether a bank or Gift Card payment can be made in CHF depends on the provider. Exchange rates and any conversion fees apply to that payment. For a crypto deposit, you transfer the selected coin using the correct network.
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum depends on the coin, network and payment method and may change. For crypto transfers, the amount actually received must meet the minimum. Fees charged by your wallet or exchange can reduce the amount sent.
What if my deposit is below the minimum?
Crypto deposits below the minimum are not credited automatically. If this happens for the first time, we may make a one-off credit minus a recovery fee. Support will need the TXID and a screenshot of the transfer confirmation from your wallet or exchange.
Why does XRP require a Destination Tag?
The Destination Tag identifies your account for the XRP deposit. Without the correct tag, the payment may not be attributed to your account even if the address is correct. If the tag is missing or wrong, contact support with the transaction ID.
Are there any fees?
Crypto transfers may incur network fees and charges from your wallet or exchange. Bank payment and Gift Card providers may also charge fees or currency conversion costs. Amounts depend on the method used.
How long does a deposit take?
Crypto deposits require blockchain confirmations. Depending on the network, this can take from a few minutes to several hours. Bank payments and Gift Cards depend on provider processing times.
Do I need to verify my identity?
We may request identity verification. Payment providers can conduct their own checks. We may also request supporting documents after a deposit.
