You must be at least 18 years old to use Gamdom and comply with the laws that apply where you are located. The operator is Moon Revolution Limitada in Costa Rica.
Account and verification
One account is permitted per person. Account details must be accurate and up to date. We may request proof of identity, address and payment method. You may not use payment details belonging to someone else or share your login credentials.
Deposits and withdrawals
You must wager the full amount of your deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal. This also applies without a bonus and to sports betting. Any required checks must be completed. Minimum amounts and applicable fees depend on the payment method.
Crypto withdrawals require your own compatible receiving address. Transactions that have already been sent and confirmed cannot be reversed. Exchanging one coin for another when withdrawing is not available.
Bonuses and promotions
Each offer has its own terms, deadlines and, where applicable, wagering requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable cash. Multiple accounts or abuse of promotions may result in account restrictions or bonuses being revoked.
Account restrictions and complaints
We may review transactions and temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious payments, rule violations or technical errors. An active self-exclusion must not be bypassed. Complaints can be sent to [email protected].
