Your progress towards the next level
How quickly you advance depends on factors including your wagers and the theoretical return to player (RTP) of the games you play. There is no single fixed wager amount that gives the same progress across all games. You can track your progress as a percentage in your account.
Completing a level unlocks its reward. Claim it under Rewards; we do not automatically add it to your balance.
When to claim your rewards
You can claim Instant Rewards several times a day. Weekly and Monthly Rewards become available when their respective timers run out. Find all three under Rewards in your account.
Instant Rewards
Earn Instant Rakeback as you play. Once you reach the minimum amount, you can claim it, even several times per day. Unlocked Instant Rewards do not expire.
Weekly Rewards
Your weekly reward becomes available when its timer expires. Claim it within the specified claim window. The amount depends on your activity.
Monthly Rewards
Claim your monthly reward once its timer expires. There is also a claim deadline. With little or no gaming activity, you may not receive a reward.

Rakeback and cashback
Rakeback is earned from wagers. We take into account factors including wager amounts, game RTP and house edge. Your reward is therefore not a fixed percentage of all your deposits or wagers.
With a cashback offer, we return a portion of your losses over the relevant period. The amount and eligibility depend on the terms of the offer. Not all losses are refunded.
VIP offers and reloads
Higher ranks can unlock additional VIP benefits. Our offers depend on your account and gaming activity. The highest VIP tiers offer personalised benefits and dedicated assistance.
Free spins and reloads are awarded separately through promotions. Some reloads are exclusive to VIP players. You must claim an activated reload each day; missed amounts cannot be claimed later.
Boost your Instant Rakeback as a new player
GAM15 activates our 15% Instant Rakeback boost. It runs for seven days from activation. Enter the code within six hours of registering, under Rewards and Special Rewards.
The 15% is not a flat refund of 15% of deposits or wagers. The boost applies to Instant Rakeback, not free starting credit.

Reload not claimed
Claim an activated reload daily at the time of your first claim. Missed amounts cannot be claimed retrospectively.

Gamdom VIP and Rewards questions
How many VIP ranks does Gamdom have?
Royalty Up has eight ranks, each with three levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond and Opal. That makes 24 levels in total.
How much do I need to wager to reach the next rank?
There is no fixed amount across all games. Progress depends on factors including wagers and RTP. You can track it as a percentage in your account.
Do I receive a fixed percentage of my wagers back?
No. We calculate rakeback for each wager based on several factors, including stake, RTP and house edge. There is no flat rate covering all your wagers.
What is the Gamdom Monthly Reward?
It is a monthly reward based on your gaming activity. Claim it within the claim window after its timer expires. With little or no activity, you may not receive one.
Why can I not claim my Instant Rakeback yet?
You can claim Instant Rakeback once you reach the minimum amount. If it is unlocked but claiming still fails, contact support with the exact error message.
Do my rewards expire?
Unlocked Instant Rewards do not expire. Weekly and Monthly Rewards must be claimed before their respective deadlines. Reloads have daily claim times.
Do I earn rakeback while using a deposit bonus?
You do not earn rakeback while meeting the wagering requirements of a deposit bonus.
Why is my rank-up bonus missing?
Rank-Up bonuses are not credited automatically. Claim your unlocked reward under Rewards.
Do VIP players automatically get free spins?
We offer free spins and reloads in selected promotions. Some reloads are reserved for VIP players. A VIP rank alone does not automatically grant weekly free spins.
Is cashback the same as rakeback?
Rakeback is calculated from wagers. Cashback relates to losses over a specified period. Cashback offers have their own terms and do not automatically refund every loss.

Under Rewards in your account. Claim unlocked rewards and Rank-Up bonuses there. Individual promotions may also appear under Special Rewards.
