Responsible Gambling

Gambling can be addictive and can lead to financial losses. It is not a way to pay off debts or earn a regular income. You must be at least 18 years old to gamble.

Set limits on money and time

A fixed budget and time limit can help control how much you spend and how long you play. Money needed for rent, bills or other essentials should never be part of your gambling budget. Further bets do not reliably recover losses. Take regular breaks. Alcohol and other intoxicating substances can impair your judgement.

Taking a break and self-exclusion

You can request self-exclusion in your Gamdom account under Settings and Self-Exclusion, or through [email protected]. Once activated, gambling and deposits remain blocked for the chosen period. During self-exclusion, support can assist with withdrawing any available balance. You must not create another account to bypass the exclusion.
