Affiliate & Referral Code
An affiliate code links your account to a partner once. Referral code means the same thing. You cannot switch codes after linking one.

Promo Code, Affiliate Code or Gift Card?
Promo & Bonus Code
A promo or bonus code unlocks a specific promotion, such as free spins or a reload. Enter it under Redeem. Some codes require a deposit, verification or a particular affiliate code.
Gift Card code
A Gift Card code adds prepaid funds to your balance. It is not a bonus code and does not activate a rakeback boost.
Free spins and reloads at Gamdom
Free spins
Free spins are available through selected promotions, events and streamer giveaways. They apply to a specified game and currency and expire when the promotion ends.
Reloads
Claim a reload every day while the offer is active. The timer starts at activation. After that, collect it each day at the time you first claimed it. Missed amounts cannot be claimed later.
If your code does not work
Invalid code
Typing errors, extra spaces or an expired code may prevent redemption. Letter case and all characters must match the promotional code.
Already redeemed
A promotional code already redeemed on your account cannot be used a second time.
Terms not met
Some promotions require a deposit, qualifying wagers, identity verification or a specific affiliate code. You can only redeem the bonus once your account meets the requirements.
Cannot add an affiliate code
Either the six-hour window after registration has passed or your account already has an affiliate code. An existing code cannot be replaced.
Redeeming a Gamdom promo code
Sign in and enter your promotional code under Redeem. Once redeemed, a notification appears in your profile. Use free spins in the game and currency specified by the promotion. Claim reloads under Rewards and Special Rewards.
If redemption fails, you will receive an error message. A previously used, expired or incorrectly entered code will not unlock a bonus. You must also meet the terms of the offer.
Bonus terms and withdrawals
Each promotion has its own conditions, which may include minimum deposits, wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry dates. A bonus is not immediately withdrawable cash. Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn once the offer conditions are met.
You can redeem further promotional codes if you meet their terms. This does not allow you to replace an affiliate code already linked to your account.
Rakeback and VIP rewards
Earn Instant Rakeback through your wagers. We also offer free spins and reloads through selected promotions. With Royalty Up, you progress through the ranks and unlock additional VIP benefits. Instant Rewards can be claimed several times per day. Weekly and Monthly Rewards become available when their timers expire. You must claim them yourself in your account; little or no gaming activity may mean no reward is available.
No-deposit bonus
GAM15 increases your Instant Rakeback rate. Rakeback is earned from wagers; the code does not provide free credit without a deposit. Whether you can receive free spins without a deposit depends on the specific promotion. A Gift Card is prepaid credit, not a free bonus.
Questions about Gamdom codes and free spins
Which Gamdom code can I use?
New players can use GAM15 or an affiliate code from their partner. Enter it within six hours of registration.
Where do I enter a Gamdom promo code?
Enter promotional codes under Redeem. For a one-time affiliate code, go to Rewards and Special Rewards. You must enter an affiliate code there within six hours of registering.
Where can I find more Gamdom promo codes?
We share promotional codes through newsletters, our social media channels and partner campaigns. Some streamer codes are reserved for their specific communities.
Do I get 15% of my wagers back?

Which Gamdom code gives me free spins?
GAM15 activates boosted Instant Rakeback. Free spins are offered separately in selected promotions. If a free spins code is required, use the code for that promotion.

Do I receive free spins every week?
Free spins are available through selected promotions and giveaways, not automatically every week.
My code was redeemed, but the free spins are missing. What can I do?
Use free spins in the specified promotional game and currency. A reload, by contrast, is available under Special Rewards. Successful redemption triggers a notification in your profile. If the credit is still missing, send us the code and a screenshot of that notification.
Who can help with a failed redemption?
Our support team is available 24/7 at [email protected]. Send the code and exact error message to help us identify the problem. For streamer giveaways, the streamer or their team handles questions about allocation.
