You must confirm your email address to access Withdraw. If we request identity verification, we need the documents before we can complete your withdrawal.
Withdrawals must go to your own wallet or exchange account. The coin, network and address must all be compatible. You cannot use another person’s payment details.
After signing in, open Wallet and select Withdraw. For crypto withdrawals, choose the coin you deposited. We do not support swapping it for another cryptocurrency.
Get your address from Receive or Deposit in your external wallet or exchange. That wallet or exchange must support your selected coin and network. Include a memo or tag if the recipient requires one.
Enter the withdrawal amount. The minimum and fee depend on the selected currency. Both are shown in your Wallet before confirmation. The fee is deducted from your withdrawal amount. If speed options are available, the fee also depends on your choice.
Confirm to submit your withdrawal request. Track its status under Transactions and Withdrawals. When a TXID becomes available, you can follow the transfer in the relevant blockchain explorer.
A crypto withdrawal that has been sent and confirmed cannot be reversed. We cannot recover coins sent to an incorrect receiving address.
You can withdraw Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, Solana and other supported coins. Your receiving address must match the coin and network; a Bitcoin address cannot receive Ethereum or USDT.
Your external wallet or exchange must accept the selected withdrawal network. This also applies to tokens such as USDT that run on several blockchains. The same token on a different blockchain is not automatically compatible.
Coins and networksCrypto withdrawals normally take around 5 minutes to 1 hour. Additional checks or network congestion can cause delays. Bank withdrawals depend on the payment provider.
We are processing your request. Withdrawals may be delayed if documents are missing, your deposit has not been fully wagered or bonus terms remain unmet. A blockchain TXID may not yet be available at this stage.
Use the TXID to follow the transfer in a blockchain explorer. Confirmations depend on the network. An exchange may require additional confirmations before crediting your balance.
The coins arrive in your wallet or exchange account. If the transfer is confirmed but you still cannot see the funds there, the receiving provider can investigate using the TXID.
Support is available 24/7 via live chat and [email protected]. For a missing withdrawal, please provide the coin, amount, time and status under Transactions. Include the TXID, if available, and a screenshot of the request.
Our support team does not need your password, private wallet keys or authenticator codes.
If you have not verified your email address, select Resend Verification to request another verification email. If you can no longer sign in, recover access through your existing login.
Login helpFor crypto withdrawals, the network and congestion affect fees. If you can choose between Slow, Standard and Fast, faster processing costs more. Even with Fast, additional account checks or recipient confirmations can take time.
We do not charge internal fees for bank withdrawals. External payment providers may apply their own charges. Your request fee is displayed before confirmation; your payment provider may also charge for currency conversion.
We may request proof of identity, proof of address, documentation relating to your payment details or evidence of your source of funds. A withdrawal may be paused while a required check is pending. Your payment details must belong to you and match your account.
Bonuses and promotional codes are subject to their own offer terms. Unfulfilled bonus conditions may prevent a withdrawal. You must also wager your deposit once, even if you have not used a bonus.
Bank and e-wallet withdrawals depend on your country of residence and the provider. A method used to deposit or buy crypto is not automatically available for withdrawals. A Gift Card is for topping up and cannot receive a withdrawal.
Funds held in Vault remain part of your account. You can move them between Vault and your main balance, provided no account or bonus restrictions prevent it. The same wagering and withdrawal conditions apply in Vault; moving funds is not a withdrawal to your own wallet.
Open Wallet and Withdraw, select your cryptocurrency, then enter your own receiving address and the amount. Once confirmed, the request appears under Transactions and Withdrawals. Your deposit must have been wagered at least once, any required checks completed and bonus terms met.

The minimum depends on the cryptocurrency or payment method. The amount shown in your Wallet applies to your request. Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are different limits.
We do not have a fixed monthly withdrawal limit. Minimum and maximum amounts may still apply to your chosen payment method. For security or processing reasons, we may split large withdrawals into instalments and will let you know the schedule.
Crypto withdrawals may carry a variable network or processing fee deducted from the amount. If Slow, Standard or Fast options are available, fees differ by speed. External providers may charge fees for bank withdrawals.
No. Crypto balances must be withdrawn in the same cryptocurrency used for the deposit. Gamdom does not provide a coin swap for withdrawals.
Bank transfers and e-wallet withdrawals depend on the methods available in your account. PayPal, TWINT and PostFinance can only be used if the payment provider supports that withdrawal method. A Gift Card purchased with PayPal cannot be withdrawn to PayPal.
For bank or e-wallet withdrawals, available currencies depend on the provider. CHF is possible only where Swiss francs are supported for withdrawals. Currency conversion may involve fees. With crypto, you receive the selected coin; its CHF equivalent depends on the exchange rate.
For a crypto withdrawal, you need your own wallet or exchange account that supports the selected coin and withdrawal network. Find your receiving address under Receive or Deposit there. An exchange may require identity verification before use. Your Gamdom deposit address is not the receiving address of your external wallet.
A Gift Card is redeemed as account credit and is not a withdrawal method. The resulting balance is subject to our withdrawal rules, including wagering the deposit once and completing any required verification.
A crypto transaction that has been sent and confirmed cannot be cancelled. If your request is still being processed and you notice an error, contact support. We cannot promise that cancellation will always be possible.
Your exchange may require more blockchain confirmations or still be processing the transfer. Any required memo or tag must also be correct. The receiving provider can trace the TXID; a transfer to an incorrect address cannot be reversed.
