Buying your Gift Card
In Wallet, choose Gift Cards under Deposit. Select the amount and pay for your card. You receive the code by email, then redeem it in your Gamdom account.
An account with the card provider is optional: you can also check out as a guest. You need a Gamdom account to redeem the code. Payment alone does not add funds to your balance — the credit is applied after redemption.
Redeeming your Gift Card code
After purchase, redeem the code in your Gamdom Wallet. The funds are credited only once you do so.

Log in to your account
Sign in to your existing Gamdom account and open Wallet.

Open Redeem
Under Redeem, enter the Gift Card code from your order email.

Receive your balance
Confirm the code. Funds are normally credited immediately after successful redemption.
A code that has already been used cannot be redeemed again, including on another account.
Gift Card or bonus code?
Promo Code
A promo code provides the bonus attached to a particular promotion, such as free spins or a reload. The terms of that promotion apply.
Affiliate Code
Enter an affiliate code under Special Rewards. It is not a Gift Card code. GAM15 activates a rakeback boost for new accounts.
Missing code or code not working?
No email containing the code
Your order email may be in spam. If you used an account to purchase, you can also find your order under Gift Cards Orders at Pulse Giftcards. If you checked out as a guest and the code is missing, support can help.
Code rejected
A typing mistake or an already redeemed code can prevent activation. Enter the complete card code under Redeem. If you see an error, provide your order number and the exact message.
Code redeemed, but funds missing
If redemption was confirmed but the funds have not arrived, contact support. Your order number, redemption time and a screenshot of the message help us investigate.
KYC or selfie check not working
Identity verification may be required for Gift Cards. If the check or selfie feature is not working, our support team can help. You must complete verification to continue using this deposit method.
Card value and purchase price
The card value is the amount of credit you redeem with your code. The amount you pay at checkout may differ because of fees or currency conversion. The final price is displayed before payment.
Available payment methods can vary by country and provider. Gift Card denominations are in US dollars.
Balance and withdrawals
After redemption, the Gift Card credit counts as a deposit in your Gamdom account. Before requesting a withdrawal, you must wager the full deposit amount at least once. Additional account checks may apply to withdrawals.
Bonus terms apply separately if you activate another bonus offer. The Gift Card itself is neither a free spins code nor an automatically withdrawable bonus.

Where can I buy a Gamdom Gift Card?
In your Gamdom Wallet, select Gift Cards under Deposit. Then buy a card from the provider for your chosen amount.
What denominations are available?
You can buy Gift Cards worth between USD 5 and USD 250. Select an available amount when ordering.
Do I need an account to buy a card?
You can check out as a guest or use an account with the card provider. A Gamdom account is required to redeem the code.
Can I pay with PayPal?
PayPal may be available when buying a Gift Card. You pay the card provider and then redeem the code with us. This is neither a direct PayPal deposit nor a PayPal withdrawal.
Is a Gamdom Gift Card free?
No. You pay for the credit on the card. A Gift Card code is not a free code or a no-deposit bonus.
Can I use the same code twice?
No. Once redeemed, the card code is used up. You cannot redeem it again or use it in another Gamdom account.
Where can I find my purchased Gift Card?
The code is delivered by email. If you purchased with an account, you can view the order under Gift Cards Orders at Pulse Giftcards. Support can help if a guest order code is missing.
Do I have to verify my identity for Gift Cards?
Identity verification may be required. If requested, you must complete the check before you can continue depositing through Gift Cards.
Can I withdraw using a Gift Card?
Gift Cards are for deposits. Withdrawals use an available withdrawal method in your Wallet; the card is not a withdrawal method.
Can I return my Gift Card?
Returns are subject to the card provider terms. For an incorrect order or faulty code, contact the provider support with your order number and error message. The provider decides whether a refund is possible; refunds are not automatic.
